Therapy in Houston (Montrose & Missouri City) and online across Texas for children, teens, young adults, and adults.
Peeling back the layers of your life can be a grueling task that leaves many of us exhausted, overwhelmed, and intimidated, just ready to give up. Talking about your most vulnerable experiences with a complete stranger doesn’t make you want to jump to the front of the line to sign up for therapy. Especially when you don’t even know where to start or if you’re ready to start.
My belief is that healing doesn’t begin with having all the answers or even being completely ready. I never felt completely ready for many things in life: from graduating high school to picking a major in college, having a child to deciding to be a foster parent, moving to a new state or starting a new job—it began with the willingness to step out of my comfort zone. The same is true with therapy: being willing to start peeling back those layers, at your own pace, in a space that feels safe and supportive.
What happens if we don’t start peeling those layers back? Often, we find ourselves repeating the same patterns, sometimes generational ones, that keep us stuck.
My work is centered on helping you break those patterns so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and intention. I believe in helping people “win at life.” Winning at life can sound like a huge task, but in reality, it’s about winning each moment and each decision. Small, intentional steps truly do make a major difference over time.
I specialize in trauma resiliency, ADHD, anxiety, depression and working with athletes who want to perform at their best—both mentally and emotionally. I use a collaborative, strengths-based approach grounded in Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we’ll work to better understand your experiences, build practical tools, and create meaningful change. You don’t have to do this alone, and you don’t have to have it all figured out before you begin.
As a Clinical Social Worker, my areas of focus include:
Childhood Trauma/Family Conflict/ Anxiety/Sports Performance
If you’re ready to get started, I always offer a 20-min consult to see if we are a good fit. I’d love to help you or a member of your family get the help they need to “Win at Life”

More About Me
Outside of therapy I love anything sports related with basketball being my main sport. I coach basketball and track and also train basketball players. I love traveling and get excited anytime I can use my passport! I also have a love/hate relationship with working out. I hate the process but love the results and how I feel afterwards. I also enjoy listening to music and spending time with family.
